when2bodies-meet asked:

Don't slip back into your depression! Please, talk to me. I hate seeing people in pain. If I can do anything for you, I can at least be a soundboard for you. My kik is iamthatiam18 or talk to me on here or text me. I don't care, just talk to me. This isn't anything other than an attempt to help...

Woodland Heart Answer:

You’re too kind…

"Men are born soft and supple; dead they are stiff and hard. Plants are born tender and pliant; dead, they are brittle and dry. Thus whoever is stiff and inflexible is a disciple of death. Whoever is soft and yielding is a disciple of life. The hard and stiff will be broken. The soft and supple will prevail."

I can feel my self gradually slipping back into my old depressive state. It’s like sliding down one of those hard rubber slides with super short, shorts on. Your skin is sticking to the plastic so much that you just scoot inch by inch down that slide until you finally get to the bottom. Your all red from the friction and hurting from the heat. You want to climb back up, but what’s the point if you’re just going to slide, inch by inch, back down again? There isn’t one. So you don’t. You remain down, low.
